The opportunity:

We are seeking a vibrant and professional Sales Manager who has the drive and motivation to nurture a successful sales portfolio across South-East Queensland, along with developing new business and managing a small, high achieving team.

What you will do:

• Manage relationships with key charter and private contract clients, building on existing contracts and identifying opportunities for growth
• Interrogating and researching markets to identify growth opportunities and customers
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing and delivering on budgets and contract expectations
• Developing quotes, proposals and sales initiatives for clients

The boxes you will tick:

Ideally you will come from a similar role with experience in the logistics space, however we are open to hearing from exceptional candidates who have transferrable skills. Additionally, you will have:

• An ability to manage complex projects and priorities
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong integrity with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work in a fluid and agile environment
