We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Customer Excellence Manager to join our S&OP team based out of our Melbourne, Victoria - Kraft Heinz office!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Analyse customer performance to find root causes, agree action plans, and improve KPI results.
• Pull and interpret customer data, track scorecards/KPIs, and translate insights into clear actions for Sales.
• Provide Supply Chain and Sales leaders with a practical view of each customer’s operating model, supported by strong communication and presentations.
• Use data to build and present recommendations that support sales initiatives (e.g., new items, promotions, space and range/assortment).
• Coordinate and resolve day-to-day service issues across order management, transport, demand, and production planning.
• Map and review end-to-end supply chain processes with customers to identify improvement and value-creation opportunities.
• Design product flow and process improvements that balance investment/cost with sales growth and reduced waste.
• Assess customer requests for supply chain services, align the value proposition internally, and lead cross-functional supply chain meetings.
• Own ongoing supply chain collaboration by aligning customer strategies with internal capabilities and ways of working.
• Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing team while driving effective cross-functional communication and strong customer relationships.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree required (ideally Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar technical field)
• Strong experience in logistics and customer-facing roles, preferably within FMCG
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven team leadership experience, including leading 3 direct reports 
• Strong financial acumen within a supply chain environment, and experience leading multiple supply chain projects
• Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication (written/verbal), KPI-driven performance management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong capability in data analysis
• Power BI/Tableau and SAP experience is desirable
• Eligible to work in Australia – with full working rights
