About the role

We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in Killara NSW 2071.
We are looking for staff who can work day and night. It is imperative that the candidate must be able to work night shift.
Casual positions available and possible part time.

The role:
The role will see you lead PCWs during your shift. Responding to wounds, falls, medication are all in a day's work for a registered nurse in Aged Care. Pathways is proud to say that we have above industry staffing ratios.
About you:
We are after registered nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians
Experience in aged care/geriatrics required
Minimum 1-2 years of aged care/geriatrics experience is required
Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards
Training will be provided for accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards
Able to manage a small team of PCWs, be computer literate, have sound verbal and written communication abilities
Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with
A few requirements of the role:
Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration
COVID19 vaccine + Flu vaccine
Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
Current police check + NDIS Worker Clearance

$44.33 - $49.54/hour BASE + super + penalty rates + various allowances (e.g. uniform allowance, nurse-in-charge allowance and more)

Night shift bonus incentive of up to $5000. Paid in stages over 12 months
