Education Manager

• Classification: Full-time (40 hours per week) with Monthly ADO

• Location: VIC (Coastal Regional) not commutable from Melbourne. Only candidates open to relocation to apply please.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Education Manager to lead and coordinate staff development, training, and education across the organisation.

This role is integral to promoting best practice, workforce capability, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care outcomes for residents, patients, and clients. Working collaboratively with internal teams and regional health partners, you will drive innovative learning opportunities, support clinical practice development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (meeting all annual re-registration requirements).

• Demonstrated commitment to your own Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in nursing education.

• Recency of practice: Minimum of three years continuous post-graduate clinical experience supporting learners in both Aged and Acute Care settings.

• Proven critical analysis and clinical expertise skills, with a demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge effectively to learners and colleagues.

• Strong change management skills, including the ability to implement new models of care and clinical practice aligned with individual staff learning needs.
