Express Maintenance Technician — Westpoint Autos, Seventeen Mile Rocks

Westpoint Autos is looking for an Express Maintenance Technician to join our workshop team at Seventeen Mile Rocks. This role is perfect for someone who wants to focus on high-volume, routine servicing work, oil changes, filters, rotations, and scheduled maintenance, without the pressure of complex diagnostic work. And no, you won't be working Saturdays either — Monday to Friday, weekends are yours.

The Role

This is a straightforward, built for a technician who takes pride in doing routine servicing quickly, consistently, and to a high standard. You'll be working alongside another technician as an equal to form a two-person team, not supporting or backing them up, just two techs each doing their part. If you're happy "spinning filters" all day and doing it well, that's exactly what we want.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll carry out scheduled servicing including oil and filter changes, tyre rotations, and fluid top-ups, complete routine inspections and log inspection sheets accurately, and work efficiently through a high volume of vehicles each day.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone reliable and consistent, with basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, a current driver's license, a strong work ethic and good timekeeping, and someone who's happy in a routine, repeatable role rather than chasing diagnostic work. Good attention to detail is a must, this is high-volume work, but it still needs to be high-quality work every single time. Must be trade qualified.
