Joinery Drafter & Check Measurer

We are currently seeking a professional and qualified cabinets maker or joinery draftsman with CabMaster experience to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position in a progressive company with a friendly environment. The successful applicant must be reliable, enthusiastic and highly motivated.

Job Description:

As a Joinery Drafter, you will play a key role in transforming design concepts into detailed technical drawings, ensuring that our joinery projects are fabricated and installed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed shop drawings for joinery projects, including cabinetry, custom furniture, and fittings.

• Collaborate with designers, project manager, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver accurate designs.

• Generate production documentation and cutting lists.

• Export and process jobs through EzyNest for CNC machining.

• Liaise with production team to ensure accurate manufacturing outcomes

·        Ability to do site check measure.

• Assist in troubleshooting design issues during the fabrication and installation process.

• Maintain and update drawing files, ensuring all project documentation is up to date.

• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and quality controls.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a joinery Drafter with cabinet maker background.

• Minimum 2 years’ with Cab Master.

• Hands-on experience exporting jobs to EzyNest and CNC machinery.

• Strong knowledge of joinery, cabinetry design, and fabrication processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in project management or estimating is a plus but not required.
