Venue Manager

Fortitude Valleys FAVOURITE French restaurant, bringing ntraditional and todays culinary influences together in a seamless expressiun of Modern French Cuisine. Serving Breakfast, lunch and Dinner Fresh and seasonal produce, served elegantly. 

We are seeking experienced Venue Manager to join and lead from the front. 

The Role

• Lead daily venue operations and service delivery

• Drive team performance, culture, and guest experience

• Manage rostering, labour costs, and operational targets

• Oversee reservations, events, and service flow

• Train, develop and mentor FOH teams

• Maintain high standards across service, presentation and compliance

• Work closely with BOH and senior leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality

• Strong operational knowledge across high-volume or premium venues

• Confident leading teams in fast-paced environments

• Experience with systems such as SevenRooms, Now Book It, Triple Seat (or similar)

• Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of labour and cost control

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Ability to build culture and lead from the front
