Lucia is looking for reliable kitchen hands who enjoy being part of a hardworking team. This is a great opportunity to join one of the Hunter Valley's newest venues and play an important role behind the scenes.

 About the role

·     Wash dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment

·     Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas

·     Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required

·     Help receive and store deliveries

·     Support waste removal, cleaning and closing procedures

·     Keep pace during busy service while maintaining safety standards

What you will bring

·     Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

·     The ability to work quickly and safely

·     A team-focused attitude

·     Willingness to learn and take direction

·     Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays

·     Previous experience is helpful, but not essential
