Join Ventia as an Administrator supporting our exciting Western Sydney Airport Facilities Management contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of one of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects while working with a supportive team based full-time on site in Arndell Park.

Due to immediate operational requirements, we're ideally seeking someone who can commence immediately or within one week's notice.

About the role

As the Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Western Sydney Airport contract team, helping ensure operational and contractual commitments are delivered efficiently.

Additionally, you'll:

• Coordinate and allocate work orders through the maintenance management system
• Monitor and manage shared inbox communications and incoming enquiries
• Support contractor and visitor inductions, site access and compliance requirements
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes
• Assist with contract reporting, scheduling and general administrative activities
• Provide day-to-day support to the Facilities and Asset Manager and wider contract team

About you

• Previous administration experience within a contract, project, facilities management or similar environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
