Our Bendigo team is one of the things we're proudest of. Seven practitioners. A practice lead who calls the region home. Roots that run right through the community we work in, the families, the schools, the local services, the rhythm of the place. We've spent real time earning our spot here, and we're front and centre in Bendigo doing the work we love.

Now we're making room for one more.

We're looking for a full-time Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join us locally.

Here's the shape of us. We're a national practice, with national governance, national systems, and supervision pipelines that plug you into some of the sharpest thinking in the field. We're hyperlocal too: a team that knows its town and shows up for it. You get the steadiness of a big, well-run organisation and the warmth of a tight local crew who actually know your name.
