We are seeking a Fleet Support Officer to join our Transport Team.
This is a role which will provide a great opportunity for an organised, motivated and hardworking person and if you have worked previously in transport, operations or fleet management, this will be an ideal role for you.

Working from our Berrinba site, you will need to:
Support the Divisional Manager with daily operations, customer account administration, and issue resolution
Assist with continuous improvement projects, process documentation, training materials, and new customer onboarding
Undertake cross-training across the Fleet Manager group to build knowledge across multiple customer accounts
Support safety and compliance activities, including monitoring and managing Electronic Work Diaries (EWDs)
Facilitate communication with our fleet and the customer
Identify and escalate emerging operational or non-compliance issues to the Divisional Manager
Maintain accurate records for reporting, driver administration, and account management
Work to key performance indicators
The applicant needs to be able to think outside the box to get the job done right and to be successful in this role it is essential that the applicant:
Has own transport
High attention to detail, particularly across compliance and administrative work
Eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing a career in logistics operations, possibilities in the Fleet Manager and Ops Manager areas
Energetic and proactive, comfortable picking up varied tasks across multiple accounts
Organised and reliable, able to manage competing priorities from more than one stakeholder
Team player who builds relationships easily across Account Managers, drivers and customers
Continual improvement mindset, willing to question how things are done and suggest a better way
Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility legislation, including fatigue management
Good IT skills - ability to adapt to new technology
On the job training will be provided for the operating systems that are used.
