What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive GP care to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities
• Conduct virtual consultations supported by our team and onsite nursing staff
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families and facility teams

What you’ll bring

• RACGP Fellowship and current unconditional AHPRA registration
• Experience in aged care pathways or palliative care
• Compassionate, patient-focused care and confidence with virtual platforms.
