About BriteforceBriteforce is a Western Australian manufacturer specialising in innovative mobile lighting and communications solutions.
We design and manufacture equipment used in demanding working environments and continue to invest in our products, people and manufacturing capability.
Our culture is built around safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement and getting the job done properly.
The RoleWorking within our Fitting team, you will assist with the manufacture, assembly, inspection and preparation of Briteforce products.

Following work orders, manufacturing procedures and required assembly times
Operating forklifts and overhead cranes where appropriately licensed, trained and authorised
Assisting with maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work where trained and authorised
Preparing and packing completed towers ready for dispatch
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.

Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working with fabricated components
Ability to follow drawings, specifications and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
A reliable employment history and excellent punctuality

Working at Heights certification
Experience using overhead cranes
Experience in trailer, machinery, automotive, mining equipment or general manufacturing assembly.
Casual position with the opportunity to progress to permanent full time employment

Overtime opportunities when operationally required
A workplace focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement
Opportunity to build a long term career as Briteforce continues to grow.
If you’re mechanically minded, reliable and take genuine pride in producing quality work, we’d like to hear from you.
