Senior Case Manager - Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Operations

• Fixed-term, full-time role until 30th June 2028 earning $116,413 - $128,631 per year, plus super.

What you will do

As senior case manager – countering violent extremism operations, you will guide complex case work.

You will help deliver two therapeutic case management schemes across Victoria.

You will:

• manage tailored case plans, risk checks and therapeutic interventions;
• coordinate services and review each person's progress and needs;
• support people who show challenging behaviour with calm, clear direction;
• prepare detailed reports, briefings and advice for decision-makers;
• improve case guidelines and daily work while meeting legal requirements.

About you

A qualification in social work, psychology, allied health or a related field is desirable.

You should bring strong case management skills and experience with complex needs.

You should also have:

• strong case management skills, including risk assessment and planning for complex cases;
• practical experience delivering tailored support to address risk and individual needs;
• sound judgement when improving case guidelines and meeting legal requirements;
• clear communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills in sensitive situations.
