About the role
As a Field Service Technician, you will provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for our dispensing equipment and digital concrete solutions across Queensland and the Northern Territory. This field-based role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining equipment reliability, and ensuring safe work practices.
Key responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and fault diagnosis.
Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
About you
Experience in a field service, maintenance, mechanical, or technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Safety-conscious with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Experience within the concrete, construction materials, manufacturing, or heavy vehicle industries is highly regarded.
