Join a passionate and supportive team at Animal Emergency Service (AES), an after-hours Emergency and Critical Care hospital in Jindalee. As the welcoming face of our hospital, you’ll support clients and their pets during times of critical need while working alongside a dedicated veterinary team.

About the Role
As a Client Care Representative, you will manage front-of-house operations including client communication, scheduling, administration, and patient admissions and discharges. Your empathy, professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure will help create a smooth and compassionate experience for both clients and referring vets.
This is a Casual role with a mix of early morning, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges with accurate records
• Support invoicing, payments, and general administration
• Assist with client follow-ups and promotional activities
• Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
• Participate in team meetings and training initiatives

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a client service or administrative role ideally in the veterinary industry
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High emotional intelligence and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• IT Proficiency
• Availability to work a variety of evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
