About the role

Description

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a significant transformation across its insurance platforms and are seeking experienced DevOps / Analysts across multiple levels — from Lead through to Analyst.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical Guidewire implementations within a high-performing, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the design, development and optimisation of Guidewire ClaimCentre solutions
Develop and support integration solutions including batch processes, event-driven architecture, and message queue frameworks
Integrate ClaimCentre with internal and external enterprise systems
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across engineering teams (Lead/Senior levels)
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to drive high-quality outcomes
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Required Experience

5+ years’ software engineering experience
Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCentre and Contact Manager, including system and business frameworks
Proven experience delivering complex integration solutions

Commercially minded engineers who can operate within complex enterprise environments
A collaborative mindset and delivery focus
