At our stunning Iris Rooftop Bar in Fortitude Valley are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their small busy team, we are a spanish inspired menu with sharing plates, paella and tapas to name a few, bring your experience and ideas and lead from the front.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
