About the role:As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll be primarily based at our Glenorchy and Rosny Park stores, while also supporting the neighbouring Hobart location. This provides great variety in your day-to-day, while allowing you to make a meaningful impact by expanding access to high-quality hearing care across the local community.
You’ll work alongside two experienced Store Partners and a dedicated retail team across all three locations, all committed to supporting your ongoing development and career growth.
We offer flexibility with either a part-time or full-time 9-day fortnight roster, providing an excellent balance between work and personal life. Your roster will primarily consist of Monday to Friday shifts across Glenorchy, Rosny Park, and Hobart.
While Saturday availability is highly regarded, ot not essential for this role.

Skills & Experience:In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aidsStrong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPatient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing careExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a teamCommitment towards continuous growth and career development
