Assistant Store Manager - Pacific Fair

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Assistant Manager to lead our Pacific Fair Store. What you will do

• Lead, motivate and inspire your team

• Actively drive your team to achieve and exceed store sales budgets and KPI's

• Staff rostering

• Visual merchandising

• Stock management and loss prevention

• Foster a positive team environment through training and development

• Be a Billini ambassador that influences our company culture and encompasses our core values: passionate, collaborative & progressive.

What you will need

• +2 years experience in a retail leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and mentor a team to reach their full potential

• Excellent communication skills and personal presentation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment

• Available to work 38 hours per week over a 5 day roster
