This role is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of compliance frameworks who can lead teams, manage regulatory risks, and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Lead and oversee daily compliance operations and activities across the organization.• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on business operations.• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.• Lead transaction and operational monitoring activities to identify potential compliance issues.• Review and investigate potential breaches, suspicious activities, and regulatory concerns.• Coordinate internal compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations.• Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and management updates for senior leadership.• Ensure timely completion of regulatory filings, reporting requirements, and compliance documentation.• Provide guidance to business teams on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.• Lead, coach, and develop compliance team members to ensure effective performance.• Establish compliance monitoring plans, testing procedures, and key risk indicators.• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other departments on compliance matters.• Support the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness programs.• Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure appropriate documentation of investigations and decisions.• Continuously improve compliance processes, controls, and monitoring frameworks.✅ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CCEP, or equivalent are an advantage.• Several years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, AML, or a related field.• Previous experience leading or supervising a compliance team is preferred.• Strong knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.• Experience with compliance monitoring, risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory reporting.• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud prevention, or financial crime controls where applicable.• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate requirements into practical business processes.• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.• Ability to work independently and make sound compliance judgments.• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical awareness.🌟 What We Offer• Leadership responsibility within a growing compliance function.• Exposure to regulatory strategy, risk management, and organizational governance.• Opportunities to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.• Career progression into Compliance Manager, Head of Compliance, or Compliance Director roles.• A professional, collaborative, and highly accountable working environment.• Training, professional certification, and continuous development opportunities.• Opportunity to build and strengthen enterprise-wide compliance frameworks.• Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
