What role will you play?

As a hands-on Java Engineer, you will contribute to the development of our next-generation strata operational platform. You will bring your passion for engineering and technology to solve business problems and deliver high-quality software solutions within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Working closely with engineers, product managers and business stakeholders, you will design, develop and support cloud-native applications while continuously improving your technical capability and contributing to engineering excellence within the team.

You will contribute across the full technology stack, including Angular-based user interfaces, Java and Spring Boot services, APIs and supporting data layers. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building modern software solutions, learning new technologies and delivering meaningful outcomes for customers.

What You Offer

Experience building full-stack applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot and Angular in cloud environmentsExperience developing responsive user interfaces, reusable Angular components, REST APIs and backend servicesGood understanding of front-end engineering principles including component design, state management, accessibility and performance optimizationGood understanding of modern software engineering practices including automated testing, CI/CD, observability and code reviewsUnderstanding of cloud-native development principles and distributed systemsGood understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectureAbility to build reliable, maintainable and scalable software solutions across UI, API, service and data layersExperience troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsExperience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Copilot or Gemini CLIA proactive mindset with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation and continuous improvementKnowledge of open-source libraries, tools and frameworksApplied understanding of security, privacy and compliance requirements

Previous AWS experienceExperience with Kafka or event-driven architecturesExposure to observability and monitoring platforms
