About the role

Ace Mechanical Solutions currently have positions available on the lifestyle roster within our shutdown teams in the Hunter Valley region.

In this role, you will be required to, but are not limited to:

• Complete Hydraulic Excavator maintenance including breakdowns and diagnostics

• Diagnose and repair machine faults

• Complete full machine tunes and flow tuning

• Complete full machine shutdowns and overhauls 

• Source technical information and read hydraulic and electrical schematics

• Dedicated to maintaining safe work practices/commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic or similar

• MDG25 Certificate (desirable)

• Working at Heights Certificate (desirable)

• Order 45 Medical (desirable)

• High Risk Work Licence (desirable)

Skills and Experience

• Experience working on Hydraulic Excavators advantageous

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment unsupervised and as part of a team

• Demonstrates a high attention to detail

• Show innovative and a high level of communication
