As our Key Account Manager - Independent Pharmacy, you will translate brand and category strategies into Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that drive topline growth and profitability across Independent Pharmacy banners. Success looks like data‑led customer strategies, executional excellence at point of purchase (POP), and seamless cross‑functional collaboration.
What you’ll doDeliver sales targets and category‑leading growth for key Independent Pharmacy banner groups. Maximise gross‑to‑net through effective TPM usage, pricing and promotional levers; own commercial levers to protect margin and drive profitability. Negotiate trading terms aligned to gross‑to‑net targets and ROI expectations. Build robust, insight‑led JBPs underpinned by shopper data, market trends and category growth drivers; tailor narratives to Symbion & API banner groups, segmentation and value proposition. Forecast demand using market insights, sales trends and customer event calendars; partner closely with Supply and Planning to ensure availability. Orchestrate cross‑functional execution with Marketing, Supply, Field Sales and Finance; brief field teams with customer‑specific POP execution plans that cut through at shelf. Drive forecast accuracy using TPM, ERP and customer data; enable alignment via monthly demand planning and customer supply reviewsLeverage TPM, CRM and sales analytics to track performance, forecast accurately and inform decision‑making; champion automation and reporting to elevate strategic value. Contribute to channel transformation focusing on digital reach, simplification and optimisation of commercial investments. Where You'll WorkYou'll be based in our modern Sydney CBD head office. Analytical fluency: confident reading data, spotting trends and converting insight into action. Digital & technical proficiency across TPM, CRM and reporting platforms.Influencing & storytelling skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
