Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Manager Needed

About the role

You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across all RS Rewards brands, including RS Rewards, RS Rewards Supermarket, RS Active and RS Studios. You'll become the go-to person for paid media performance, providing the business with clear direction on what is and isn't working. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage campaigns. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, constantly looks for opportunities to improve results, and works closely with the marketing team to create high-performing sales campaigns and promotional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms

• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for the best possible results

• Analyse campaign data and clearly communicate insights to the wider team

• Identify winning creatives, audiences and offers

• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales events

• Brief our media team on creative requirements based on campaign performance

• Test new strategies, creatives, funnels and advertising opportunities

• Manage high advertising budgets responsibly

• Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs

• Produce simple, clear performance reports that help guide business decisions

About you

• Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Strong experience across Google Ads

• Experience with TikTok Ads

• Experience interpreting marketing analytics and performance data

• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and conversion optimisation

• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets

• Excellent communication skills

• Has significant experience managing high-spend advertising accounts

• Has a proven history of scaling profitable campaigns

• Can confidently analyse marketing data and make informed decisions
