Pharmacy Retail Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join the team at Blooms The Chemist Kenmore.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a large, busy pharmacy and retail environment, where your people leadership, commercial focus and pharmacy experience will make a real impact.

As Retail Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the day-to-day success of the store. You’ll lead and develop a team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and work closely with the broader pharmacy team to achieve strong commercial results.

We’re looking for someone who is confident managing a large team and understands that great people performance drives great business performance.

• Previous retail management experience, ideally within pharmacy or a similar environment

• Pharmacy experience is essential

• Strong people management and leadership skills

• A natural ability to motivate, coach and develop team members

• Strong commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results

• Experience working with KPIs, targets and performance measures

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
