Project Manager – Renovations (Kitchens, Bathrooms & Laundries)
Location: Osborne Park, Perth (projects mainly northern suburbs, occasional southern suburbs)

We are a well-established, award winning renovation company specialising in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovations. Based in Osborne Park, we deliver high-quality residential projects across Perth, with a focus on creating functional, stylish spaces for our clients.
We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team to manage our renovation projects. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that will suit someone with proven experience in the residential construction industry.
About the Role
Manage 6-10 residential renovation projects simultaneously which run between 3-12 weeks long
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run on time and to budget.
Coordinate trades and suppliers, problem-solve on site, and maintain high-quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits with occasional office time to liaise with the team.
Work closely with clients to ensure excellent communication and satisfaction.
Use Microsoft Office and app-based project management tools to track progress.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in residential construction/renovations (kitchen, bathroom, laundry highly regarded).
Minimum 2-5 years of residential construction or renovation experience is required.
Previous project management or site management experience within a building company.
Residential construction project management experience is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills, able to juggle multiple projects.
Tech-savvy, with confidence using Microsoft Office and able to navigate our project management program/app.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the wider team.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges on site.
The ideal candidate will be based north of the river or close to Perth city, as the majority of our projects are located in central and northern suburbs, only with the occasional southern suburb.
