About the Role

As an NRMA Roadside Assistance, you will provide high-quality roadside assistance and towing services while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent Trio Automotive Group professionally and ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attending roadside assistance jobs including flat tyres, lockouts, battery replacements and jump starts

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated work vehicles

• Using tablets and computer systems for job records and training

• Providing professional and friendly customer service

Skills & Experience

• Current open car licence (Essential)

• Sound knowledge of motor vehicles

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Computer literate and confident using smart tablets

• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

• Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work rotating on-call nights and weekends as part of a shared team roster
