Ventia is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Special Forces Training Facilities (SFTF) team based at Campbell Barracks. 

Supporting three Project Managers and a team of approximately 25 trades personnel, you'll play an important role in keeping the administration and accounts side of the project running smoothly. This is a varied support role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, working with people and helping a team stay on track.

About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Raising purchase orders
• Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions
• Providing administrative support to the project team
• Assisting with accounts administration
• Maintaining records, documentation and project information
• Supporting payroll and Defence travel enquiries
• Coordinating day-to-day administrative activities across the team

About the Team
Based at Campbell Barracks, you'll work closely with project managers, trades personnel and Defence stakeholders in a collaborative office environment. You'll be part of a small team that values reliability, teamwork and a willingness to help where needed.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous administration, project support or accounts experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Experience with SAP, Ariba or similar systems will be highly regarded. 

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be an Australian Citizen
• Be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance
• Successfully complete a Police Check
