Sales executive

TWD 4x4 Melbourne is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

We specialise in premium 4x4 accessories, suspension, touring setups, work ute fit-outs, and full custom vehicle builds.

About the role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll handle enquiries, prepare quotes, recommend products and packages, follow up leads, and help deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-store

• Prepare quotes for accessories, packages, and vehicle upgrades

• Follow up leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, vehicle type, and budget

• Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate jobs and timelines

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Build strong product knowledge across 4x4 accessories and vehicle enhancement solutions

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in sales and customer service

• Automotive, 4x4, or accessory industry experience highly regarded but not required

• Strong communication and people skills

• Proven ability to build rapport and close sales

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once

• Experience using quoting systems, CRM platforms, or invoicing software is an advantage
