Vehicle Accessory Fitter

FleetCrew is one of Australia's largest specialist 4WD hire companies, supplying compliant vehicles to mining, civil construction, government and infrastructure projects across the country.

We're looking for a Vehicle Accessory Fitter to join our Brisbane workshop, preparing brand-new 4WDs and commercial vehicles for hire. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality workmanship and like seeing a finished product leave the workshop looking its best, we'd love to hear from you.

Working as part of our workshop team, you'll fit and prepare new vehicles to FleetCrew's mine and customer specifications before they enter service.

• Install mine-spec and customer-specific accessories to new vehicles.

• Fit bull bars, tow bars, roof racks and side steps.

• Install lighting, reverse alarms, beacons and safety equipment.

• Fit UHF radios, GPS tracking, IVMS and other electrical accessories.

• Complete pre-delivery checks and quality inspections.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.

• Work closely with our workshop and fleet teams to meet delivery schedules.

• Ensure all work meets FleetCrew quality and compliance standards.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience fitting vehicle accessories or working in an automotive workshop.

• Has strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys practical, hands-on work.

• Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

• Can work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Has good problem-solving skills.

• Works well independently and as part of a team.

• Holds a current manual driver's licence (preferred).

Experience with 4WD accessories, auto electrical work or mine-spec fit-outs will be highly regarded but is not essential.
