HC/MC Driver

About the role

Brown Contractors' are seeking a dedicated and experienced HC/MC Driver to join our team in the Isaac Region , Dysart Qld. In this crucial role, you will be working alongside a crew of professionals . A valid HC licence and extensive experience operating truck and dog and tippers are required

What you'll be doing

1. Operate Heavy Combination (HC) vehicles, including truck and dog trailer combo

2. Ensuring loads are secure and distributed appropriately

3. Operating tippers & water cart

4. Adhere to all applicable road rules, transport regulations, and company policies and procedures

5. Floating plant and machinery

What we're looking for

1. A valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

2. Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy vehicles, including truck and dog trailer combinations

3. Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle maintenance and pre-/post-trip inspection procedures

4. A strong focus on safety

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Good communication and problem-solving skills

7. Previous float experience is preferred
