Concession Retail Manager - Myer Sydney City

The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone who gets people, gets retail, and gets results - a Concession Manager ready to level up the MYER Sydney City experience.

Permanent Full Time | Tuesday - Saturday Roster

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
• Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
• Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
• Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
• Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
