About the role
SECL imagines a world where everyone is valued, and systems operate fairly. We challenge the status quo to create a society where contributions are recognised and celebrated, especially for migrants, refugees, people experiencing homelessness, women, and young people. We take action to deliver better social and economic outcomes for our diverse communities and co-create opportunities where individuals can unleash their full potential.
South East Community Links (SECL) is a leading community services organisation delivering a broad range of programs across South East Melbourne. Over recent years, SECL has invested in its data and insights capability, establishing data collection infrastructure, developing real-time reporting tools, and reinforcing an evidence-based approach across its programs.
The Data and Reporting function sits at the heart of this work, connecting program data to meaningful insights for internal decision-making, funder reporting, advocacy, and continuous improvement. The function oversees data governance, compliance with funding obligations, and the management of SECL’s content and reporting systems.
To support the continued growth and maturity of this work, SECL is seeking a Data and Reporting Coordinator to take on a portfolio of operational responsibilities, working closely with and reporting to the Impact and Reporting Lead This is a fixed term role which offers a genuine opportunity to contribute to meaningful community outcomes through producing high-quality insights and reporting across both our Springvale and Dandenong site.
Role Overview
