MANAGEMENT COUPLE WANTED – DALBY TOURIST PARK

About the role

Dalby Tourist Park is looking for a management couple to join on a regular 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. This is a hands-on role involving guest services, park operations, and grounds maintenance. You will take pride in keeping the park clean, neat, tidy and well presented, while providing friendly and efficient service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Guest check-ins and bookings

• Answering phones and customer enquiries

• Managing day-to-day reservations

• Basic office and computer duties

• Handling after-hours enquiries when required

• Overseeing cleaners and general park operations

• Mowing and general grounds maintenance

• Hedging, gardening and keeping outdoor areas tidy

• Keeping amenities and common areas well presented

• Assisting guests and resolving day-to-day issues

About you

• Both people in the couple must be computer literate and confident using booking systems, taking reservations, answering enquiries and handling general reception duties

• Capable of working independently in the office when required

• Experience in caravan parks, motels, accommodation or hospitality management highly regarded

• Experience with Newbook is an advantage but not essential

• Practical, hard-working couple who enjoy dealing with people, working outdoors and taking pride in presenting a property to a high standard

Dalby Tourist Park is a busy, well-established accommodation park located in Dalby, Queensland. We cater to a mix of corporate and travelling guests, offering self-contained cabins, powered and ensuite caravan sites and camping facilities.
