Client Liaison

TEN Recruitment is handling a standout opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer to join a prominent Perth home builder.
Based in Osborne Park, this role supports clients through their build journey, ensuring communication is seamless and expectations are met.
You’ll act as the key link between clients and the internal construction team, helping maintain the builder’s strong reputation for service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication from contract stage through to handover
• Coordinate updates, documentation, and approvals
• Work closely with construction, admin, and prestart teams
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the build
• Handle queries, variations, and general support tasks

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a similar client-focused role within residential building
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills
• Full Australian working rights & Perth-based experience
