LEP Colour Printers is a well-established national trade printer with a reputation for quality, reliability and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Trade Qualified Offset Printer to join our experienced production team at our Port Melbourne facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced printer who takes pride in producing quality work at a fast pace and wants to be part of a supportive, professional team.

You will primarily operate our 5-colour offset press, producing a wide variety of commercial print work to the highest standards. We understand that every business operates differently, so comprehensive training will be provided during your induction, along with ongoing support from our experienced printing team to ensure your success.

This is a permanent full-time day shift position, with working hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will have:

• Trade qualifications in Printing (Offset Printing).

• Experience operating offset printing presses.

• Strong colour management and quality control skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

• Pride in maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workplace.
