We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our busy, high-volume Salisbury pharmacy on a full-time basis.
Your Mission Your mission is to lead our Salisbury pharmacy team with confidence and heart, driving key pharmacy and business KPIs, delivering high-quality professional services, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and pharmacy performance, all while championing an innovative, patient-centred model that goes far beyond the dispensary counter.

What You Bring
•
Leadership: A confident, motivated, and patient-focused pharmacist leader with strong clinical knowledge.
•
Operational Skill: Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations, ensure compliance, and oversee financial and operational performance.
•
Performance Focus: The ability to drive key pharmacy and business KPIs while managing workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•
Communication: Strong communication, counselling, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
•
Growth Mindset: Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.
•
Mentoring: Experience mentoring and supporting team members to deliver high-quality pharmacy services.
What You'll Need
•
Bachelor of Pharmacy with current AHPRA registration.
•
Completion of (or desire to complete) relevant scope of practice training.
•
Experience with QCPP standards, dispensary policies, and retail pharmacy operations.
•
Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, and ability to handle confidential information.
•
Previous leadership experience in a community pharmacy setting; previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge is preferred but not essential.
