Lead Caller / Scheduler (Part-Time, Mornings)

Location: Based in Wangara 6065.

About the role:

This is a part-time role Monday, Tuesday & Thursday , 9:00am–1:00pm (12 hours/week) based in our Wangara office. You'll be the friendly voice that turns interest into booked jobs.

• Following up customers after we've sent their quote to secure the go-ahead and convert it into a confirmed job.

• Calling and following up our incoming leads, and booking measure-and-quote appointments.

• First point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.

• Scheduling confirmed jobs and coordinating timing with our install team.

• Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date.

About you:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Bubbly and energetic, with an excellent phone manner — confident following up customers to win the sale without being pushy.

• Take pride in your work, with strong attention to detail.

• Work well autonomously, but also in a team.

• Previous admin, phone sales, or customer service experience (needed).
