Join one of McGrath’s leading sales teams in North West Sydney, based in our Castle Hill office. Working alongside Jamie Benjamin and his team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a high-performing sales business.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Service Manager to support Jamie Benjamin and his sales team. The role combines client service, campaign coordination, buyer management and administration, allowing the lead agent to remain focused on listing, negotiating and selling property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate property campaigns from listing through to sale.

• Manage vendor communication, campaign updates and marketing approvals.

• Coordinate photography, floor plans, copywriting, brochures and online advertising.

• Manage diary appointments and assist with listing preparation.

• Prepare agency agreements, listing documentation and campaign reports.

• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other third parties.

• Maintain accurate CRM, campaign and transaction records.

• Assist with auction and settlement preparation where required.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• High attention to detail and strong administration skills.

• Confident dealing with clients, buyers and external stakeholders.

• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Previous real estate or sales administration experience is highly regarded.

• Experience using property or CRM software is advantageous.
