We're seeking persons with minimum one year of work experience in a similar role.

Qualifications & experience

• Real Estate Agent - Full Licence

• Minimum 12 months experience in building and hotel management

• Immaculate presentation

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to deliver a strong customer service

• Experience using MyBOS, REI Cloud preferable not essential

• High level time management skills

• Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and Caretaking Agreements

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensuring budgeted occupancy levels are achieved or exceeded

• Planning and managing resource levels to adequately deliver high quality customer service and operations

• Overseeing the delivery of the on-site training requirements of new customer service team members

• Actioning of general & scheduled building maintenance tasks

• Obtaining quotations and preparation of reports for Body Corporate Committee and Strata Manager
