SENIOR SITE MANAGER
Project: Class 2 | Mixed-Use Residential
Location: Wollongong NSW 2500
Availability: Monday - Saturday

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a landmark high-rise residential development in Wollongong.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale Class 2 project comprising of 300+ residential apartments across two towers, together with associated commercial and retail spaces.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and delivery team, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, driving programme outcomes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment throughout the project lifecycle.

THE ROLE

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations and play a key role in the successful delivery of this significant residential development.

• Managing all site-based construction activities from structure through to completion

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel

• Driving construction programme milestones and ensuring project deadlines are achieved

• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance

• Conducting site inspections and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with plans and specifications

• Managing site logistics, sequencing and resource allocation

• Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives

• Leading site meetings and maintaining accurate project records

• Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale Class 2 residential projects

• Strong understanding of NSW construction legislation, NCC requirements and Class 2 compliance obligations

• Experience managing high-rise residential developments through multiple stages of construction

• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

• Relevant construction qualifications and industry certifications
