Trainee Autoglass Technician

Full-time | $25–$35 per hour | Monday to Friday

Our client, Bundy Windscreens, is looking for a Trainee Autoglass Technician to join their Bundaberg team.

This opportunity would suit someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys working with cars and is looking to build a stable, long-term career. You will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Automotive Glazing, allowing you to become fully qualified.

The role will involve:

• Fitting and repairing windscreens and automotive glass

• Learning to use ADAS calibration technology

• Assisting customers and providing quality service

• Managing stock and maintaining an organised workspace

• Developing practical skills across a variety of vehicles

No previous autoglass experience is required. We are keen to hear from candidates with a strong work ethic who are looking for a career change and the opportunity to learn a new skill.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a current manual driver’s licence

• Is reliable, mature and willing to learn

• Enjoys practical, hands-on work

• Is comfortable speaking with customers

• Takes pride in doing the job properly

• Works well as part of a team

• $25-$35/hour depending on experience
