Service Advisor

Eurotech Autohaus is looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a strong background in European vehicles to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client check-ins and bookings, confirming details and explaining service/repair procedures.

• Handle phone enquiries, providing service updates, discussing reports, obtaining information and preparing quotes.

• Contact clients when vehicles are ready for collection and talk them through service reports, repairs and recommended additional work.

• Manage bookings, quotes and invoices through Mechanic Desk

• Use your automotive knowledge, to understand service requirements and explain recommendations to clients.

• Confidently communicate and upsell recommended work while helping clients make informed decisions.

• Processing of vehicle collection payments

• Understand the workshop’s preferred and non-preferred jobs to ensure work is booked appropriately.

About you

• Previous experience with Mechanic Desk is highly desirable

• Previous experience working with European vehicles

• Well spoken, with excellent communication skills 

• Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise deadlines

• A real passion for the automotive industry and enjoyment in the work that you do
