About the role

AROHA Services is looking for experienced FIFO Chefs to join our team across remote sites in WA and NT.

This casual role offers flexible FIFO rosters and the opportunity to prepare quality meals that support the wellbeing of our workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in line with menus and dietary requirements.

• Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.

• Manage stock, inventory, and kitchen supplies.

• Cater for dietary, cultural, and allergy-related requirements.

• Supervise kitchen operations and support junior staff.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

• Current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).

• White Card for work on construction camp sites.

• Full Australian working rights.

• FIFO or remote site catering experience preferred.

• Current Food Safety and Food Handling certifications.

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and nutrition.

• Ability to work independently in remote environments.

• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
