About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer focused Studio Assistant to join our team. This integral role involves coordinating exceptional service with the day to day operations of our workshop to provide our clients with an outstanding and personalised experience from start to finish.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Delivering professional client services and front of house support

• Assisting with social media and eCommerce activities

• Maintaining studio organisation and supporting administrative functions

• Assisting with the coordination of our on site manufacturing workshop

• Collaborating with the team to bring clients' visions to life

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and passion for creating positive client experiences you'll have/be:

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Previous experience in retail, jewellery or luxury customer service environments will be highly regarded

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail

• Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach

• An appreciation for fine craftsmanship and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

Days/Hours

We currently require coverage for:

• Friday and Saturday with potential for extra days/hours

• Initial training will typically require extra days in the first few weeks to support your learning

• Extra hours as required to cover periods of leave
