Property Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of residential property management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, professional and fun environment. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring properties are maintained and managed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with property owners and tenants

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and trades

• Conduct routine inspections and follow up on any required actions

• Manage rental arrears and ensure rent is collected promptly

• Manage tenant applications, lease renewals and tenancy agreements

• Coordinate property maintenance and respond to owner and tenant enquiries

• Prepare and manage property condition reports

• Liaise with landlords regarding property performance, maintenance and recommendations

• Manage tenancy issues and resolve disputes professionally and efficiently

About you

• 2–3 years' experience in residential property management

• Highly organised and able to manage a large portfolio

• Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and trades

• Professional, friendly and customer-focused

• Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to work independently while also being a team player

• Experience with Property Tree

• Knowledgeable about residential tenancy legislation and compliance
