JUNIOR CLERK

About the role

You will be joining Northway Plumbing as a Junior Clerk, working Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers, scheduling and coordinating plumbing jobs, liaising with technicians and keeping jobs organised, general office and administrative duties, using computer programs and Microsoft Office software, and helping ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. No previous plumbing industry experience is required — full training will be provided.

About you

• Good communication and organisational skills
• Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word or Excel — beneficial but not essential
• Reliable and eager to learn
• Work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and great attention to detail

Benefits

• $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience
