Position title: Passenger Service Representative

Work Location

Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport (SYD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight documentation and operational reporting 

• Aircraft turnaround coordination 

• Communication with ground handling service providers 

• Coordination with Sydney Airport and government authorities 

• Respond to passenger complaints and provide professional resolution.

• Maintain daily flight statistics and monthly reporting.

• Perform administrative and support duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Customer-focused attitude 

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment 

• Ability to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Language ability is highly regarded
