About the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
What you will do
Collaborate with Strategic HR, Payroll and managers to maintain accurate establishment structures, support workforce planning activities and ensure establishment processes are understood and consistently applied.Build establishment structures, manage SAP infotypes to ensure accurate workflow delegations, and provide reporting, insights and advice to leadership and client divisions.Support the resolution of establishment related issues by working collaboratively across teams and contributing to the implementation of new processes and ways of working.Well-developed time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across a range of business areas.
About You
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in:
Experience with ERP systems, within a large and complex organisationExperience in Establishment Management transactional processing in a Shared Services environment
